Connecting with People in Need of Growth

We are firm believers in social responsibility. We advocate bringing a positive change in the lives of people we interact with and in the environment around us. In today’s increasingly competitive market environment, it is the duty of those who are privileged to empower others. In line with this philosophy, SG Analytics is engaged in the following CSR activities.

EK NISHCHAY

A joint initiative by SG Analytics and its Founder & CEO Sushant Gupta, the campaign reflects SGA's core values and its commitment toward positively impacting the society.

As part of this initiative, the company and Sushant have sponsored 8,000-10,000 underprivileged families in Maharashtra by providing them ration kits & medicines to overcome such difficult times. To successfully execute this initiative, we have partnered with the prestigious Rotary Club in Bibewadi, Pune.

As a socially conscious entrepreneur, Sushant believes that such adverse times necessitate individual action from within the business community, above and beyond the normal.

Through this initiative, SGA and Sushant are committed to proactively contribute toward mitigating the devastation caused due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Helping doctors and front-line healthcare workers contain the spread of coronavirus

SG Analytics is proud to have contributed to the rapid response steps taken by the PPCR (The Pune Platform for COVID-19 Response), equipping them with resources required to procure lifesaving ventilators and PPEs (Personal Protection Equipment) like N95 masks, goggles, face shields, and medical gowns that are essential for the healthcare workers in confronting challenges posed by this pandemic.

Providing over 30 ‘Ration Kits’ daily to the needy during the coronavirus crisis in Pune

SG Analytics collaborated with Shri Kshetrapal Pratishthan trust for continuing the humanitarian work in Pune, serving those who were most grievously affected by the coronavirus crisis. SGA provided over 30 Ration kits daily (comprising essentials such as pulses, rice, sugar, etc.) to the needy and the most affected in Pune city during the COVID-19 crisis.

Fight against COVID-19

SG Analytics pledged support and contributed to the PM CARES fund (Prime Minister’s Citizen Assistance & Relief in Emergency Situations Fund) in order to help the nation combat the deadly coronavirus pandemic. The support was extended with the aim to curb the outbreak and help ease the pain & suffering of our fellow citizens, by espousing a collaborative and socially conscious approach to help the country prevail over the pandemic.

Supporting the disadvantaged during the pandemic

SG Analytics collaborated with Sampark to support the disadvantaged during the coronavirus crisis by supporting underprivileged women and providing them food grains and essentials (food baskets) to support their families. The objective was to direct our social responsibility focus on the underprivileged who are deprived of necessities that are critical during the time of the global crisis.

Mitigating impacts of COVID-19

SG Analytics supported the Panchshil Foundation to help mitigate the devastating impact of the COVID-19 pandemic by enabling their humanitarian activities including providing necessities to the poverty struck population of Pune, educating vulnerable communities, and ensuring the safety of healthcare workers.

Working toward a brighter future for India

Cognizant of the pressing challenges posed by the lack of education amongst the rural masses for a developing country like India, SG Analytics collaborated with ‘Isha Vidya’, an NGO run by Sadhguru’s Isha foundation to provide full education scholarships for 5 rural children for 14 years (kindergarten to 12th grade).

Support for Rally for Rivers

As a regional partner, SG Analytics supports ‘Rally for Rivers’, an awareness campaign led by the renowned Isha Foundation to create public awareness and support for government policy to revitalize India’s major rivers. SGA’aites have been enthusiastically involved in driving the campaign by raising awareness around water pollution and scarcity and ascertaining conservational steps.

River-cleaning initiative

Mindful of India’s growing river pollution problem which adversely impacts the lives of millions of Indians, 200 SGA’ites have been involved in the clean-up exercise of the Mula-Mutha river in Pune to eliminate the accumulated waste from the river. The initiative has been instrumental in spreading awareness regarding the urgent need to address river pollution in India.

Tree plantation Drive

Conscious of the negative impact of deforestation on natural ecosystems, biodiversity and the climate, SG Analytics has formed an alliance with the Green Hills Group to participate in tree plantation programs every year with the goal to save Pune city’s most prized possessions, i.e., its famous small hills (Tekdis) from being shorn off their green cover and natural beauty.

Educational funding

As part of its concerted focus on educating the youth of India, SG Analytics funds the education of several students as part of an initiative launched by the Vidyarthi Sahhayak Samiti in Shrigonda (Maharashtra). SG Analytics also held a three-day event for children studying at the ‘Sanstha’, which included career counselling and cultural events.

Contribution to the Clean India mission

To tackle the growing menace of lack of hygiene and sanitation in the country, and, in line with the Indian government’s ‘Clean India’ initiative, SG Analytics and its partner NGO INORA launched a CSR activity to build toilets in rural parts of India. SG Analytics donated a toilet block to the Zilla Parishad Primary School in Gadadhavane village (Maharashtra).
