We supported a Singapore-based IB firm in drafting a Confidential Information Memorandum (CIM) to raise $150 million for a Phuket-based sports, health, and educational complex.
The company had eight subsidiaries across different business lines, with significant intercompany charges.

The CIM included an industry section covering the macro-economic picture, tourism industry, realestate industry, health & wellness industry, and sports industry in Thailand, with focus on Phuket.
Other sections of the CIM included a detailed description of each business stream, a detailed business model, peer analysis, and competitive landscape.
